Where It Started

Frank Filopei was born and raised in the Bronx, New York, in a tight-knit Italian immigrant family whose roots trace back to Ellis Island. His early life was deeply influenced by the values of hard work and the importance of family. Frank spent 20 years fighting for injured people, including time as a partner at a boutique personal injury firm, RF Injury Law, where he headed the trial preparation team for many years and was part of a team that achieved multimillion-dollar verdicts. He has tried over thirty "no pay" cases in New York and New Jersey, using his trial advocacy skills to obtain compensation for clients in some of the most difficult cases a personal injury attorney can take on.

Education

In 2004, Frank earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rutgers University. In 2008, he became the first person in his family to attend law school, earning his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School.
